ULTRA-FLEX™ AS is an anti-static plasticiser, designed to reduce the surface resistivity of rubber compounds. The application is predominantly in mineral filled systems where, as opposed to carbon black filled, conductivity is very low.
Depending on formulation, surface resistivity of 1 x 107 Ω can be achieved.
ULTRA-FLEX™ AS starts solidifying below 250 C. Once solidified the material has just to be warmed up to above 250 C. The solidifying process is 100% reversible.
